This is a fatwa on the controversial topic: the volumized hair under the scarf. Some people argue what if someone has long hair? My respond is the length of hair doesn't matter because I have long hair and I do not have a hump on my head. Also, I believe that is hadeeth is referring to those who put bows and other accessories to make the hump. Allah knows best.
